To keep shipping costs to a minimum no items will be shipped out of the U.S.A and will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service or FedEx (at our discretion). Due to the size or weight of some items, extra shipping many be charged. Shipping occurs 2-3 business weeks from date of purchase.
No CODs will be accepted.

IN-STORE PICKUP
These will be custom orders and we may be contacted via E-Mail at info@cobikes.com. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for item to be ordered and ship to us, we will also call you when your order is ready for pickup. Most items will be available sooner please use the 2 to 3 days as guide line.
BACKORDERS
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will contact you for further instructions or refund the amount paid for the item not available to your supplied email address via PayPal.
RETURNS
Exchange/Returns: All sales are final because all items are new and unused. It is users responsibility to make sure correct product is ordered. If Item is ordered due to an error in the system or misprinted in our catalog then the item may be returned at clients request with a refund minus shipping charge.
